Donnie is a life saver. I accidentally locked my keys in my truck with my dog in it. I called the police and they told me they couldn’t help. I called every locksmith I could find and no one answered except him. It was 730 PM when I called. He just got home from a long day of work and drove a hour in the dark to meet me at this hiking trail parking lot and got me back in my car quickly and did so without damaging my vehicle. He’s the guy to call. He’s been doing this for 52 years and it clearly shows. He’s a Vietnam vet that goes out of his way to serve his community. He didn’t charge me nearly enough for what he did for me. He truly cares about others and that says a lot. Highly recommend him. There’s no one else as reliable as him.

I'd give 10 stars if possible. We locked ourselves out of a room in our home late evening. Donnie was available right away and he helped us resolve the issue quickly. We unfortunately locked our keys in the truck after a bike ride in the mountains.

We called the Lock Doc, who answered right away and got to our location quickly and remedied the situation.

While he was working we talked about the area and trails and things. He offered some local knowledge about where to go and tips on getting around.
