This laundry facility is the most pleasant, peaceful, and safe place to get all your washing needs done. Every machine is sterilized and sparkling clean. The place is immaculate. The bathroom is always stcked and clean. There's plenty of seating indoors and outdoors and never crowded. Thank you, Bill, for operating such a friendly, safe, and high quality laundry facility. This is a view outside the facility.

Need to make a stop to get fresh clothes. Hence we are here on vacation. Didn’t want to wait till Sunday to do our loads. Rather enjoy more time spent with family.

I went to the machine towards the back middle wall to purchase the detergent and bounce sheets. The detergent came out fine. The sheets not so much. It’s STUCK!!!!

I was lucky to meet a very respectful and helpful lady who was also here to do her load. She actually knows the owner. She explained that there are only two (2) shifts. The first person leaves at 4pm. The next shift person doesn’t come till 8pm. Literally who is going to wait or try to come back? She was nice to give him a call. He won’t be here for another 1.5 hours. ?

The fact that you don’t have anyone within that four (4) hour gap?! Anything can happen! Well take my case for instant. No one is here to help me get my sheets. Especially with how the prices are rising. It’s not cheap.

This lady literally tried her best to help me out. In the end I asked her to inform the owner to give the sheets to her next time she comes. It was the least I could do for all her help. She even offered her dryer balls.

It’s unfortunate this has happened. But consider the facts! Get a better machine that functions for boxes. Hire another person for the mid shift. It’s a shame you have lost another customer. Even though we are not in town, we visit cali a lot. Now I won’t ever recommend this place, and don’t worry…. We won’t ever come back to this place to spend our hard earnings.

Wow! Spotless facility, lovely machines, and a lot of them! My laundry room at home is being renovated so I needed a nearby, convenient place to do laundry. The owner (I believe he's the owner) was present and available to help, and I noticed he greeted the regulars with a warm "hello". Overall a really pleasant experience.

This is the nicest laundromat I have ever been to! My washer and dryer are not working and while I wait to get new ones -I am so glad I found this place! There is always someone cleaning which I love. The owner is also very nice and doesn't mind helping you over the phone even when he is not physically there. There is a good variety of washer and dryers to choose from of all size, depending on your need. I highly recommend this place

The disrespect and discrimination I just received from the New owner is like the nail in his coffin. 20+ years since first becoming a DP resident and I have neglected my laundry because of migranes from a neck injury, from a not at fault accident here in town and it's been a couple rough weeks. I walk in to look at the available laundry machines and the owner instantly comes at me with energy that says your not welcome here, leave. Why, cause I look like a true harbor yacht resident? You know us boat people don't always care that we look like we're are not doing laundry...multiple accidents caused me to have a service dog, he said he was nit allowed and I had to actually go to pull out his federal ID. First my appearance offend him, and then my service animal. I met this guy when he bought the place. The place may look clean, but it's trash running it. I study multiple languages an Chinese and Japanese are my top 2. I published 5 books after the last accident because of being stuck in bed for a year. I have multiple incredible products that actually help save people's lives. I am one of the Top notch citizens of Dana Point and am for better business and local shoppers, but not for discrimination that was very accurately uncalled for.

Wow. Just wow. Fantastic laundromat: helpful staff, clean and machines are in great shape. Had an issue with the home washing machine so I needed a backup. My experience here just made me want to ditch the home machine and take care of it all here. Seems way easier. Perfect option for laundry in Dana Point!

It’s been many years since I’ve been to this laundromat due to having machines at my apt. I have to say that this place has cleaned up very well. Machines are clean, facilities are clean, employees are exceptionally helpful. Prices seem a little high, but maybe it’s due to not being at a laundromat in close to 15 years.

The laundromat experience doesn’t get any better than this. This place is spotless. The machines are gleaming and they always work. You can use ApplePay and if you forget your laundry supplies, there’s a machine to purchase them.
