The Laser Professionals are amazing. They have done several different things to repair our lasers. They are always prepared, extremely professional, and know exactly what they’re doing. It’s really hard to find anybody in this industry that can repair medical lasers and these guys are the best. We have even purchased Equipment from them and it has been just like brand new. Rafa, our tech has been great every time he flys in to help us. Don’t hesitate to call them, if they can’t help you, they will point you in the right direction.

I will never use The Laser Professionals again. I had a terrible experience. They were to repair my IPL hand piece because the tip was not chilling anymore. The hand piece had to be shipped back and forth twice- because the glue "didn't hold" the first time- so the hand piece was pulling apart. When I received it back the second time- it was still not glued properly. It cannot be fixed at all now- because it was cracked open when they pulled it apart to get into the inside of the hand piece. I am not only out $1600 plus all of the extra shipping costs that I incurred- but now I have to order a whole new hand piece. Not to mention the patients we lost because this has been now going on for 8 weeks. DO NOT USE LASER PROFESSIONALS!!! See pictures of the condition of my hand piece!!!! Please spread the word- so no other small business owner has to go through an experience like this!!

We initially reached out to The Laser Professionals to get a quote to repair some power supplies for our business. Spoke to Frank on the phone and he was friendly and very knowledgeable about our equiptment. He took the time to explain the process of what needed to be done for our repairs and roughly how long it would take. His technicians were friendly and finished the repairs in a reasonable amount of time. Upon meeting with him at the office to pick up our repaired power supplies, we noticed he had some lasers and other equiptment for sale. I've been curious about cool sculpting so he let me test out one of their Cool tone machines (used for muscle therapy and repair). It was very easy to understand/operate and the machine had multiple different settings to treat different areas of the body. To say the least, I definitely felt a difference after the first treatment. I was really interested in the machine and all the benefits that come along with muscle stimulation treatment but not quite sure if we wanted to commit to buying it just yet. I told him I was interested but skeptical so he let us try it out for a week for free. A week later after our free trial ended we decided to purchase it from the company. I have to say I'm satisfied with the repairs to our power supplies and thrilled to have the opportunity of trying out the Cool tone before purchasing it. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and plan to use them again for any future repairs (or purchases!)

I will never use the Laser Professionals again. Initial communication was prompt, professional & thorough, which changed immediately after payment. We sent our Lux G IPL handpiece for refurbishment & upgrade to a more powerful Max G and the turnaround time of 24 hours quoted was actually 4 weeks (7 including shipping), with no response to our emails of its status or whereabouts. Then finally when it was returned, it appeared to be a Max G, though there was a crack around the screw on both sides of the tip making it loose and therefore unsafe to use until I get it repaired. Upon testing, the power seemed to be the same as before if not less powerful, and the shot count was not reset to zero. We sent photos of the damaged handpiece & shot count as well as requesting the technicians report to show work done which includes verifying the power output. Initial response was they'd send the report but never have despite numerous requests, and denied any fault saying 'the job was done without a hitch'. I now have to get the handpiece repaired and refurbished again through someone else therefore costing me again, and am currently making a claim through AMEX to try and recoop the $1850 USD lost. Maybe if you live local they are ok but as Im in Australia, I cant just walk in there. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL & UNETHICAL.
Update: Insurance had another company check the handpiece and the power levels were extremely low among numerous other issues and was better to purchase another handpiece! Thankfully got my money back.

To my surprise, they had a client in the area and dropped in to see if we were in need of repairs. was so convenient and super easy to get my laser updated and also repaired some hand pieces that needed updating and repairs.
Initially, I was worried how I was going to get my laser to them. Such a convenient experience since they came to me!
They are very knowledgeable on all manufacturers devices, and very reasonable.
