My husband and I have been utilizing The Lake Doctors for our personal back yard lake oasis for 3.5 years. We have had the same technician all the way through . He is genuine, polite and very knowledgeable regarding the care for our lake. He answers all our questions promptly and appropriately. Our Lake is beautiful. they killed all my 15 koi - never replaced them - my koi close to 2ft all died with their water treatment. stay away.
Update 7.8.21 : I contacted them to replace all my 15 , 2 ft koi to rectify the problem and they would not . They really are not interested in helping me nor do they care that they killed 15 beautiful fish that I had since babies .Not to mention the value of 15 2 ft koi. I talked to one of the VP and they Said never use the chemicals when the customer has KOI! They really screwed up here and zero compensation! I am still absolutely sick over this . Every time I go to my pond I remember the tragedy this co. caused - I now have PTSD over this inhumane tragedy.
