If I could rate this company a negative 1 I would. This is my 1st time posting a review. I paid $75 per month for around 10 years to have the ice machine in my restaurant serviced when needed. In 10 years I only called this company twice. The 1st call was on a Friday when the ice machine stop working. Only to find out they close on the weekend. Called a company named IHS and they fixed my ice machine in less than 30 minutes for $105. Second call 4 years later resulted in the iceman dropping me from our contract because according to them the part needed to fix the ice machine was more expensive than the value of the machine. After calling for two weeks with a service request, asking why hasn’t anyone come to the restaurant yet. The young lady blurted out just call someone else. We are not paying for that part and we dropped you from the contract. Well I did call some else IHS. They fixed my ice machine with parts and labor for $150. If you are a business owner just call IHS they will service our ice machines with out a contract. Thanks
