Curbside pickup didn't work. I waited 20 minutes after checking in on the App, then tried to call and was on hold for another 5 or so. Finally I went inside and the customer service rep seemed bewildered that I was waiting. I showed him my phone that said that they are on the way and still nothing. He couldn't find it in the system. At least my items were ready. Oh and the app asks you to use fingerprint or facial recognition. Creepy AF.

Steve in appliances was the best!! He was incredibly helpful, kind, & professional from the purchase of our new fridge to loading it in our truck. Brandt was also so friendly and helpful loading. So thankful for such quality customer service.

I don't like the fact that they don't offer to help you load in boards unto your vehicle, If I spend more than $500+ on composite boards at least you can do is offer assistance!

I would give 5 stars but i still think what they are doing with the contractor parking is absolutely ridiculous and a huge headache for us contractors. But i had to do a review on how Robert handled my concerns when i expressed them. He was very attentive, professional, and made me feel like he genuinely wanted to help. He introduced himself and shook my hand asking for my name, he looked me in the eye while i spoke, and he was very deliberate and precise with his wording. I truly couldn't ask for better customer service. But please, for the love of every contractor, take it back to the way it was.

Today Bernadette, the very nice clerk, told me my purchase had an online price and an in-store price & if I want the better price I could go out and order it then come back later and pick it up We showed her the website which listed the same item & price as available in store. She still argued and charged the higher price. Congrats? you saved the company $1.69 and made 2 new "Lowe's for Life" customers!

I had to call the Cottonwood Home Depot from Phoenix to get some product to our location in Flagstaff. Yaz was so extremely patient and helpful! Anyone else might have just got me off the phone saying they wouldn't be able to help me. He assisted me with finding what I needed, and projected how much I needed, even though I was told less. My boss called back and said to order more, and it was the amount that Yaz mentioned in the first place. I had to change the order like 4 different times, and Yaz was always one step ahead of me, and took care of it with no qualms. The product was delivered the next day on a Saturday, and all went well!!! Such a kind person and stellar customer service!!! Thank you!!! (Sorry it took so long to write this review...I couldn't find the survey on the receipt, so I decided to tell the google world!) Thank you Yaz!!!

We needed an item that was stored on an upper shelf in the racks and the gentleman in that department was very rude and clearly annoyed by the request. He repeatedly told us what an inconvenience it was and that it would take a long time. It did take a long time, but it seemed like he wanted it to take even longer since he was so unhappy with the task. I would not recommend this location if there is another option available.

Worst home depot I have ever been in I would rather pay more wich I have done for products I have only delt with 2 people in the store who have honestly been nice. When you taking a break because you want one interferes with customer service there's a problem! They would rather miss out on a sale then actually make a customer happy!
