Finally I’ve found a sewing machine repairman who is knowledgeable, experienced and kind!! I love my Viking machines, but when it comes to needing service, I have not been impressed until now. Thank you, Jeff, for fixing my “Impossible” problem quickly and reasonably. You understand how important it is to get our lifelines back in usage quickly.

I am following up on my last review..
I did call to notify that i was going to be late, and no one answered. So Jeff, don't put this on the customer when I tried to be considerate and let you know but I guess you were having a bad day because like I said, when I called to set up the class, you were so rude about it, not welcoming at all. The lady who work there was very sweet when I called weeks ahead to get information about this class, and that's why I wanted to attend the classes. Next time if your having a bad day, don't take it out on other people especially those who are trying to support your business.

I have an old Kenmore machine that was my grandmother’s. It was one of the first electric sewing machines after the 2nd world Ware

Such a great experience at this store! They truly make you feel like family.

My Husband and I went in today because our old vacuum is breaking down. We are novices in the vacuum sphere, but we were given undivided attention and patience when exploring what our options were. They are extremely knowledgeable and kind. The cherry on top is this is a family owned business - I love to support our local shops!

Horrible experience with setting up the sewing class and then, when I did go to the class, I was late due to an accident. When I walked in I asked the older gentleman If I should reschedule, or will I still get a full hour? His response was "well how late do you want me to work?" In such a rude way, and just kept being rude, so I just walked out.

Wow! What a class act. The owner removed all my stress when I can by. He took extra time to fix my serger, and educate me! I will attend classes when they pop up!
