Great time at the cliffs in shell beach. Adults only 5th floor, though there were a couple people who don't know how to close a hotel door at 2am. Great view, great food and drinks at Marisol. Great staff. Enjoyed the pool too. Amazing ocean views though we didn't see any whales or dolphins. Got to ring the bell at sunset! Great time!

What a wonderful location! We could walk down to the beach from the hotel. It was nice to have a restaurant on site. I had wished the rooms had a small refrigerator to keep our drinks cold.
I really enjoyed the spa water in the lobby and unlimited supply of coffee! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful! I would for sure come back here again.

Definitely planning another trip to the Cliffs. You will not get better customer service anywhere. The place is beautiful the rooms are updated fresh and clean. The staff make you feel pampered and uplifted during your stay. The food at Mirasol was wonderful as well as the staff. Whatever management is doing there is to be commended. Thank you everyone for making our trip amazing.

Loved the hotel- the adult only floor was exceptional! It was a rainy week, the fireplace & cozy ambiance made working from room enjoyable.
Only suggestion- after about 24hrs of a terrible headache, realized it was the flower scented products in the room. After buying new hand soap & body wash (we had our own shampoo & conditioner already) my headache went away & the rest of the trip was great!

I want to give special things to Lynn. She made my reservation for my stay. She was very hospitable. Excellent customer service. She is the reason why I came.. The cliff is very beautiful. The rooms were superb very clean very modern. The view was unbelievable.. It’s very quiet if you just wanna get away and rest.
There is a young man by the name of Josh who works there as well. He’s the one that does your valet parking. He’s the person that greets you. Excellent customer service also there’s a young man named Vaughn who works in the restaurant. Excellent customer service shout out to you are awesome

We stayed at the Cliffs Resort because the location was convenient. But I was pleasantly surprised by their excellent service. Dahlia behind the desk was kind and accommodating as I kept handing her my trash. The guy monitoring the pool today was exceptional too. It was sprinkling, so he opened the umbrellas so our belongings wouldn’t get wet. And he remembered my name hours later away from the pool. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at The Cliffs Hotel and Spa and Pismo beach for a family wedding. What a beautiful location. Room was well appointed, great space snd furnishings. Restaurant and bar were great good food , excellent drinks. I want to commend the excellent customer service from all staff. Friendly and professional. I particularly want to mention Aaron Connor for his warm personable service. He was welcoming from the moment we arrived and was accommodating when we had a problem with the corners of out bed . I want to add that this is a perfect wedding venue. Thanks to all who made our stay so great!

Great location, rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a problem with our room late into the night, the maintenance came twice to try to fix the problem, but could not. The next day the manager Kimberly Pelmont was already informed of the problem before we met. Without hesitation she compensated us for our troubles and the compensation was amazing. Her warmth, kindness and caring attitude was amazing.
