This owner was extremely rude, I drove out three different days in one week during business hours and no one was there. He called and told me he couldn’t hold it and when I tried to ask if he would be there until 5 he hung up on me. My husband went to get the bike and paid $55 for two new tires. He had only fixed the back tire and the front is still unusable and I’m having to take to another place to actually get it fixed!

Stopped into Mike's today to have the tires on my bike looked at because one was flat. One word, AWESOME! Mike was so kind and welcoming and had my bike up and running in less than 10 minutes. We talked for a while after he had fixed my bike, and I felt like I've known him for years. He was very warm and welcoming and really made me feel like family when I was there. That's why I love supporting small business because they are so personable and pricing can't be beat. I'm telling you, hands down, the best repair shop I've ever used!

Worst experience I have had in a long time. The owner, Mike was sweet the day he sold me a 900 dollar ebike with a 2 year warranty. But, it never charged, so, I called and left messages, no reply. I emailed. No help. I drove it there Easter weekend for a replacement battery. I called, texted, asked for updates without response. So again had to drive over (not a close trip for me). I asked for the bike, he had the battery. He tells me to come back Tuesday, no. He tells me you should have called!!!!! This is the part where he starts yelling at me that he just returned from 3 weeks of a family death and he doesn't care about any of these bikes. He says, you want your bike, take it. When we went to take it he freaked out and started yelling again. I so wanted it to just be fixed and I didn't have to do this, but I have never felt so victimized by a purchase and I still need to put the new battery in myself!

The owner of the shop "Mike" is a great guy. I brought a bike there for my fiance that needed some repairs. He was able to locate a part, order it, and fix the bike in a timely manner. He also fixed a couple other things on the bike for free. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs.

Travled 3.5 hours for camping and stopped to look at ebikes. Buying process was great! Took home 2 Velotric bikes and rode them all weekend. Tried to charge them after the first use and one would not charge past 25%. We've tried for weeks now to get more than a one sentence (a few words) reply in email form. Phone goes unanswered and not one voicemail has been returned. Not even once. Had I known the difficulties of our "warranty" and getting the bike looked at I would have not purchased these bikes. Disappointed ain't strong enough of a word for this expensive purchase.
