Terrible. Dirty facility. Unprofessional. Waste of gas, time, and effort. Apparently they don't want to sell cars. Make sure you set up financing if using and bring specific documentation, or they will get lost on the hamster wheel. Be prepared to constantly resubmit everything and have the sale return as incomplete no matter what.

5 star! Jennifer is knowledgable on service. I always went here because this dealership and service is excelent! Only problem is when you drop the car it takes 1 day before they fix the problem but overall 5 star!

Walked in to Service Dept late on Friday Night before the Holiday weekend to see if the parts department was open - - and Aleks came up to me to see if he could help. Needed a wheel cover for my Tesla

I believe at the time in hindsight the Parts Dept. was closed but none the less it found what I needed and processed the transaction. Whole experience was above and beyond Thanks to Alex

While I was waiting for him to come back with the part - - three other people came up to me to see if I had been taken care of - - What Service!!!

Don't buy a Tesla 3!! The back corner window is NOT connected to the alarm system and THIEVES KNOW this so they brake the window in order to throw down the back seats and see if there is anything in the vehicle! (not sure why Tesla engineers didn't think of this!!)

This has happened to me twice in two months in the city! This is the most rediculous engineering mishap for a car that was supposed to be "cutting edge"! I HATE my Tesla! (Although the service people in Corte Madera should get high stars as they are very kind and want to help. They just can't help the STUPID design that was made. Can't there be an update done to take care of this situation? Maybe the alarm goes off if someone is standing by the back corner window too long?

Great service but and experience but there needs to be more guidance on the tax incentives. I won't see a single cent of the combined $9500 rebates because you have to owe at least $7500 on your taxes( If you get a refund normally, the tax credit dues nothing. You would have to adjust your witholdings earlier in the year to make it work.) and california stopped honoring the $2000 rebate! Next they dont tell you that it costs twice as much to insure a tesla as a regular vehicle of same price so all the cost savings on fuel go to your insurance. I like the car but all the promises of savings and a better system are false.
