I bought one Tervis tumbler from Hallmark and the sticker on it had stuck on so bad it couldn’t be removed. While I did take it back to Hallmark the women there also tried to remove it and it wouldn’t budge. They nearly tried scraping it off but in the end decided to swap it out for another. I got the Pooh one, and loved it! It WAS gorgeous, however nowhere on the cup not instructions on the inside did it say “Not Dishwasher Safe” and so we did. Now I’ve got a cup that every time I hand wash scrapes off more and more of the cute print on it. I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone as they’re easily damaged and don’t hold up for the price.

I have always loved my Tervis tumblers and buy them as gifts for people often. But... Customer Service and repair under warranty is terrible.
I sent in 6 broken cups via UPS to the Northport location as instructed to be repaired. Been waiting on information since they received them on 4/9/24. Countless emails, was told it was a 90 day turn around for repair, at the 90 day mark I was told it was 90 business days and given a specific date (8/16/24). Emailed them on 8/21/24 and was told they would contact the warehouse and no response since. I have even sent my tracking info which shows when and who signed for them, along with the form I sent in the box with the tumbler description. I definitely feel like I'm getting the run around. They used to be great at honoring their lifetime warranty and usually within a couple weeks.
I will not purchase Tervis again after this fiasco.

I wanted to support local, but I won't spend another dime here. I bought two stainless steel bottles. 1st lid broke after 2 months, 2nd lid broke after maybe 5 months, and replacement lid broke after about 2 months. Lids aren't under warranty. I've never had such poor quality lids before!

Sent this cup in under warranty and explained that it started to peel early in its life. The cup is about 3 years old but get uses about 1 or 2 a month for coffee. They offered my 25% on the new and improved painted/screen process. This tells me that the original engineering of this was very poor that they already made a change in the way they adhere the paint to cup. My suggestion is go with another brand.

This used to be a good company with good service, but now they are just one of the worst companies to work with.
They delayed our order for 3 and half months, and then after the ship date, one of the employee sends an email that we don't have the product. All the promotional distributors be aware and don't waste your time.

I purchased a peanuts gang tumbler from Amazon & used my own ice from home as I had been doing w my yeti tumblers - but the Tervis didn't hold up as long as Yeti 🤨

Horrible, dishonest company and customer service! Do NOT buy Tervis products! I purchased a tumbler for my son, the lid wont stay in so it leaks. I contacted customer servia via chat and told them the issue and was asked the purchase date. The gentleman said this was covered under the warranty and told me to send the cup in. I paid $12 to send the cup in and then an a dishonest employee said no one would ever tell me to send the cup in and the lid issue isnt covered under warranty. I would not have done any of this had I not been told it was covered and to send it. They now have my cup and lid, i paid $12 to send it, they will not honor their warranty and Cindy is saying untrue things.

Good luck getting Tervis to honor their "lifetime" warranty. After wasting $$ shipping my defective tumbler I received an updated and very limited warranty response. Such a waste of money for both parties to ship defective tumblers only to have them returned without a resolution. Don't waste your time.
