I have had Terminex services for a few years now. One thing I love is that I have the same technician, Juan, who has been servicing my house for as long as I have had the policy. He is very professional with great attention to detail. He send me a message when he arrives to make sure my little doggies are inside the house so he doesn’t accidentally let them out when coming into the back yard, he check if there is anything inside the house that needs attention. I have his phone number and am able to call him I between service days in case something comes up and he is quick to schedule an appointment to address any issues. I highly recommend!

I am very impressed with the professionalism of the Terminix team. I do not recall ever having such a nice experience (for pests) - the gentlemen sent to me are top notch and I am very pleased with the service I receive when they come by. They explain the service and how I can stop any more rodents from making my attic their home. I recommend this team 100%.

I live across the road from multiple restaurants- all their garbage cans bring the rodents - along with them are rats. Well during this cold spell they made it to my house as I did not have any pest control. Thank goodness for Terminix- they are amazing. Did everything to fill areas where rodents could access the interior of my attic, etc…

I was informed what to expect, that I might hear more in the attic because they are trying to get rid of the poison , etc…

I am grateful that they are available in my area. Would definitely recommend them.
