Called this morning on our wine cooler and Justin came out this afternoon. Unfortunately our unit is 29 years old, was made in Europe and they don’t make the parts anymore. So obviously Justin couldn’t repair it, but what a nice man! I would absolutely recommend Tempest Appliance.
He was knowledgeable, professional and reasonable. Disappointed that it couldn’t be repaired, but so happy that we found him and will certainly recommend!

This was a nice easy service call Justin came in tested the microwave. Helped me to understand why it Didn’t have power due to a GFI issue on the electrical circuit. He then showed me how to reset the filter button on the microwave, which was part of the problem and tested the unit. They warranty their work on the diagnostics, and I was extremely satisfied with the service

Justin was the absolute best. I was going out of town tomorrow and not only did they fit me in today, Justin was at my house within 30 minutes. He got to work fast, was super nice, and honest and transparent about everything. He gained a customer for life and I will continue giving referrals about him to when a friend says their appliances are acting up.
