I've generally been a satisfied customer and have never felt the need to leave a negative review. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with [Aero Affinity/Tecnam/Continental] have been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Issue 1: Unexpected and Excessive Costs

I initially scheduled routine maintenance, including a service bulletin and annual inspection, with a quoted cost of $4,500. To my surprise, the final invoice came in at nearly $11,000, with no prior explanation or notification. Furthermore, a three-day service was unexpectedly extended to six weeks. While I understand that unforeseen issues can arise, the lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable.

Issue 2: Unresolved Service Bulletin and Grounded Aircraft

A more serious issue has arisen due to a service bulletin for the Continental engine in my Tecnam P2010 TDI. Despite the requirement to ground the aircraft, I have been unable to secure a repair date. Weeks have passed with no clear timeline or resolution from [Aero Affinity/Tecnam/Continental]. The lack of responsiveness and coordination among these entities is both frustrating and concerning.
