I have the best experience my revtec motor came unglued was very hesitant to call them I made the call and spoke w Sam she ensured me that it was an easy fix and the sooner I mailed it out to them the sooner I would have it back three days I got an email saying that I am all set free of charge your motor is headed back to your house. I couldn't believe it then she thoroughly explained to me about the products and the best fit so I would have a pleasant RC experience I have to say all of the other electronics I was using are a thing of the past I am happy to say I am all team Trinity

Awesome company and support for their products. I purchased a few motors and had a rotor magnet spin outside warranty. They replaced and took care of me. Motors are fast and allow me enough edge to roll with competitors products. Wish they could release a motor that makes the driver better at driving.

I purchased a Revtech Xfactor 13.5t motor through my local hobby store . I raced the motor for 3 races 5 minutes apart never practiced with the motor . Went to check out my car one afternoon before taking it back to the races and a noise was coming from the motor and the noise would stop if I unplugged the sensor wire . I took it to my local hobby store and they also heard the noise . They check my transmission and my diff and both checked out fine. They told me to call trinity and tell them . So I called they told me send it in and they will check it out. I emailed them to ask what the problem was with the motor I received no reply!! I did receive the motor back with it having the same issue . I would recommend no body to buy this motor as I was not the only one with this issue . There has been other people with the same noise coming out of the motor!!! Matter of fact I will never buy a trinity motor ever again.
