Taylor's Roofing was a pleasure to do business with and did a fantastic job stripping 6 layers of old roof from a home we purchased. They replaced it with a beautiful new shingle on both our home and guest cottage. The work was completed over the course of two days. Should be your 1 and only call when needing anything to do with your roof. Called a few different company's and they either didn't show up or never called back. We called Taylor's Roofing and OMG what a difference, from Nick coming out to assess our roof and then the communication he provided until we signed was outstanding. He answered every question with so much professionalism. Then the ladies in the office when I signed the contract we great as well. Nick called when everything was ready to see if they could squeeze me in earlier than planned. The crew that showed up bright and early worked hard all day and kept me updated throughout the process. We were so impressed by the level of professionalism this entire company had throughout the whole process. We have a 1700 square fur house and they completed it in 1 day. They put tarps on the ground and I think they left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. Thank you again and every business should take lessons from these employees in his to treat a customer.

They worked with us throughout the process and communicated with us before and after each step to minimize the impact on our time and schedule. Such an amazing company with amazing human beings! We have a Dr Horton home and it hasn’t been the most pleasant experience, most of times they don’t make us homeowners feel safe and instead of being there to help they don’t want the responsibility so they send you elsewhere. Which we are very thankful that they did this time as we encountered Taylor’s roofing who did our roof and they helped us during a very difficult time when our shingles were lost because of a manufacture issue with the shingles that Dr Horton provided them to install. We met Steve and Aaron, very down to earth guys that just want to help the community and don't only look out for his clients but his workers. We are so very appreciated of them all. If you’re looking for a company that will actually care for you, help you, and do all this in a short period of time, this is the one!

Jared was absolutely top notch, made an appointment for estimate he was on time professional and courteous. He gave an estimate and completed work when scheduled. Highly recommend this company. They completed repairs on my steel roof that was leaking.

I would strongly advise against using Taylor Roofing for any roofing needs. I hired the company to replace my roof with a metal one. After speaking with Nick who reassured me that I would receive everything that was discussed I was left disappointed. Upfront I paid half to have a gutter installed and I explained ahead of time that wanted to get the facer board painted before the gutters were installed. While waiting for this final piece to be completed I received a phone call from Christina asking for final payment despite the gutters not being completed yet. I explained to her that if the gutters weren’t up yet then the job is still open and not fully completed. During the call she never mentioned a lien being placed on my home. Later I came to find out that a lien had been placed on my home and to add insult to injury it was for the wrong amount owed. After several attempts to get in contact with Christina or a manager to resolve the issue to no avail and I was forced to pay the incorrect lien amount. To say I was disappointed is understatement. I feel as if my issues and concerns were disregarded and the final job will end up costing me more money down the line.

I had several estimators come out. Taylor’s came out and spent the most time at our house. He also came down on his estimate, after I compared other roofing company quotes with him.
I was about to have surgery on my shoulder and I needed this done in a timely manner. The inspector for the house had said we needed new plumbing and a new roof. Taylor’s is local, out of Lake Wales. Another interesting thing is that I did not read negative reviews about them and their reviews were all very recent. They came and did the work less than a day. They communicated and kept in contact. I had one issue with cleanup, and I was compensated for that. They did not leave any roofing nails in my yard at all. I would use them again. They were prompt any efficient.
