Taylor Stitch has always been a favorite of mine for their constantly rotating line of shirts which always look, fit, and feel great. This visit I was getting measured for a custom suit and the care and attention that was given was beyond what I expected even from a shop that I was already a huge fan of. Do yourself a favor and stop by the shop I guarantee you'll walk off with something. Better yet, sign up for the news letter and see all the great stuff that is coming out of the shop on a regular basis. Best. Clothing shop. Ever.

Love the Ojai jacket in charcoal wool. Have been wearing it for nearly 3 years. Recently, I had an issue with the buttons but Michelle reached out quickly and helped, so I can keep on rocking one of my favorite jackets!

Used to be that you could go online or in-store and grab as much made-in-USA menswear you could possibly stand.

Glad I did as much shopping with them in the early aughts, everything I bought from them that was made in America was 100% of heirloom quality.

From the fair ends tshirts to the original Good Acre chore pants to the original project jacket I've got a lot of gear from them that just wont quit.

They still specialize in all those great textiles, Halley Stevenson fabrics, great dress shirts, but if you're looking for made in America look elsewhere. An unfortunate side effect, they've moved most of their production overseas; no matter the "responsible" nature of an overseas production it still takes more carbon to get to US consumers than it would if it were made in the USA.

Taylor Stitch still provides excellent quality for price, however, even if their motorcycle jacket doesn't have pockets for armor.

I've been waiting for 3 weeks for an in-stock item to ship from the website. I placed my order 7/2/17. I emailed "Hayley Chill" in customer service on 7/5, 7/13 and 7/18 regarding the lack of shipping notifications. It was not until 7/18 that a label was generated but as of today, 7/19, the item still hasn't been recorded as picked up. I've never had service issues like this in the past. Its apparent my order was lost/not processed correctly and Taylor Stitch staff doesn't even have the decency to respond to my email asking what happened. I also needed some replacement buttons because their "Japanese Urea" ones broke on my chambray shirt and you can't find replacement in a sewing store. While they didn't manage to send my order, they did send me the wrong size buttons. Wrote them an email about that too.

Update: Jeans have been received. They took 20% off due to the delay. I am still waiting on the correct buttons.

Great selection of repurposed and sustainable clothing. Bought two of the most comfortable Henley shirts they had. The guys there had great designs for cut, color, and overall fashionable wear.
