I experienced terrible customer service and misleading advertising. They claim they can perform an oil change in five minutes, but that's simply not true. Getting an oil change here takes just as long as it does at any other shop

Don’t go to this location ever, not even to Take 5. I just went there for a top off check, for reference, 3/3/2025 at 6:50 PM. As soon as I start the car, the RPM starts fluctuating. I freak out thinking is something else and leave the place. The fluctuations got stronger as I drove home. When I get home and open the hood, I had no engine oil filler cap and there was oil all over the place. This is my last time at this or any other take 5 location.

This place is fine if you don’t have the time to drop the car at the dealer, otherwise service is just ok and not cheap. Brought second car in for an oil change, first time around service was fine but they didn’t have the oil I wanted. This time they had it but they put in the wrong weight. They realized before they put all 7 quarts, sucked it out again and filled with correct weight. This just goes to show me that there is a lack of attention to details or lack of training. If you have the time take it to a dealer as you get a thorough inspection of your vehicle and not just an oil change.

The gentlemen that helped us today were kind and extremely friendly. They worked in a timely manner to get our oil change done efficiently and with a smile. I liked that they explained the entire process from the beginning. *Offering water was a nice touch! Definitely will go back!

If you come here for an oil change, it’s not the worst thing in the world, but they say that they’re gonna do a lot of things that they don’t unless you push for it. I had to ask two times to get my tires air filled and my windshield wiper fluid topped off when they advertise that they do that every oil change they won’t do it unless you ask And I asked Ken and Andrew to do it. Ken said that they would do it and then proceeded not to until I asked again and when I asked again, he said they already did my windshield wiper fluid when they hadn’t touched it at all. He then secretly asked Andrew to fill it up and he did it. The issue is they don’t want to do the things to keep a customer in trusting their process. Just be persistent if you know that these are things that you want since you’re paying so much for a simple oil change that takes them five minutes. I’ll be going to another place with my money now thanks.

For the last couple years I have been going to 5 minutes for oil changes and routine upkeep. Until yesterday, I have been pleased. Yesterday, I was told I was overdo for a coolant change. I questioned this and said I thought this was done in August. I asked the man to double my record. He said it hadn't been done. One reason I was going 5 minutes was for the paper trail of services. I got the coolant change, $111.00 if I remember correctly. When I got home I checked my old receipts. As I remembered, it was changed August 2024, about 5000 miles ago. I am very disappointed. I should be given a credit for this unnecessary and expensive service
