I have a $900 Garelick EEz-In transom ladder from which two out of three foot steps just fell off and sank (under normal use). I have made three calls and emails to Garelick customer service to request replacement parts. I was even willing to pay for the parts because mine was probably our of warranty. Garelick has not responded - crickets. They have made design changes to this product since mine was built, but they won't acknowledge customers who lost parts from poor previous design. Quality of construction is a 1 out of 5 - customer service is a zero out of 5.
