I bought all the steering components for my 2014 f250. It looked like well built long lasting equipment. Literally 3 days before my 1 year from purchase I noticed that the lower ball joint boot was split on the passenger side. I called Synergy to inquire about their warranty. I spoke with a nice lady first who didn’t answer my question but, said “ we take care of our customers”. She then transferred me to Dave, who was anything but interested in my issue. He was very short and also did not answer my question about the warranty. He said I needed to send a video to him so he could see the damage. I did so showing the split boot and I knew the joint was bad also because I had it off in my hand and it felt sloppy. He responded, by email, later that afternoon and said, “ the joint looks fine to me, you just need a boot.” I kinda of expected him to say they would replace it but, no. I had to buy it. 10 bucks for the part and 12.50 for shipping from CA to AZ. I was less than pleased. So that boot lasted 2 weeks and split because the joint was bad. I then proceeded to buy and replace the joint, while doing that I noticed that the upper joint was bad too. It had play on the threads of the stub that goes into the rod at the double adjuster. Play there and in the joint itself. So, I replaced that one also. 1 year for something I paid $1000 for is ridiculous. I have seen others complaining about the tie rod ends/ball joints. They have a real problem with those pieces. Being upfront and forthcoming about their shortcomings and warranty information would help their customers better than making them replace these crap parts on their own dime. I will not ever buy any products from them again nor will I recommend Synergy to anyone.

I have purchased several Synergy products over the last five years. I have a 2011 JKU and have installed their sector shaft and trackbar mount brace, track bar and relocation bracket, tie rod and drag link, and the HD ball joints. I have about 17,000 miles on my ball joints running 37 inch tires on steel wheels, and they're still going strong. I know some people have had issues with their ball joints in the past, but I have had no issues with mine, and I know Synergy has taken care of those who have had issues. I did have an issue with my original track bar from them, and they replaced it without question. I then was having difficulties with it, because of my own mistakes, and they were more than helpful in getting me straightened out, and were still standing by the product, and helped me get it rebuilt.

Every manufacturer goes through ups and downs, and Synergy is not immune to that, but their customer service is what really sets them apart from their competition.

Ordered a Front Track Bar and Sector Shaft Brace via Poly Performance.
Scott Jabs was very helpfull and assisted me selecting the right part number for my JT Mojave.
The part is now installed and proved to seriously improve the ride quality.

At 166K miles on my JKUR, the OEM track bar bushings had definitely seen better days. I already had a Synergy relocation bracket for the rear, so I went with Synergy adjustables - installation went smoothly, and the death wobble I was experiencing was completely gone, even after a 1300 mile road trip to the Northeast over NYC roads!

Couldn't recommend Synergy more highly for track bars.

Every time I've ordered from Synergy Manufacturing it has been a fantastic experience. They are almost always running some kind of sale, and the quality of their parts is unmatched. I have savagely beaten on my synergy long arm brackets without any signs of failure.

I had a small issue with my order this last time, and the owner of the company personally messaged me and took care of me right away! He took the time to message me after business hours, and make sure I was happy, the customer service here is amazing!

Just purchased a HD 8121-0 Steering kit for my wives TJ from a well known online catalog sales company. Well one of the tie rod end boots had a small hole in it, I greased it up and boom their she blows. I called the place of purchase to see what they could do. Well I will tell you all they could do is give me the run around, I felt like I was going in circles with their rep which had no clue what a ball joint boot was and kept asking me what was wrong it. Called Synergy MFG and their rep knew what the part was and had a replacement shipped out that day!!!! That is customer service people. Learn it, Live it. Thank you Synergy.
