DO NOT SEND HIM MONEY FOR A DEPOSIT!!!! We were looking for a place to host a family event that’s 4 months out we sent this guy a soft deposit to save the date we needed, a unfortunate event that happen in our family changed our plans and we informed Ruben and asked for my deposit back in that same week, literally 2 days after we spoke he stated that deposits are not-refundable which he never stated or made clear we informed him that he still had more then enough time to have that day booked by some one else , at this point Ruben has ghosted us and has not replied or returned my deposit or has even provided me with his terms and conditions and policy’s where it states anything of this or even a receipt for my deposit so if you plan to book with him just make sure nothing in your life comes up because this guy does not care, even if you let him know ahead of time you will not get your money back . If he did this to me how many other people has he done this to.
