I want to share my experiences with this company as a warning to others. I purchased a home in the jackson area several years ago and one requirement from the bank was a septic inspection. Sweet pea was hired to do this, performed the inspection and recommended a repair. They said the sewer line was back graded and needed to be fixed. They seller agreed and they did the work. We purchased the home and within a month started having back ups. I am a plumber by trade, so I hydro jetted the line and cleared the blockage. This happened monthly for the next few years. Completely frustrated, I decided to have the septic tank pumped again, thinking that maybe it was just due. I called sweet pea and they came out and pumped the tank. I explained to the guy pumping the tank the problems I was having, and he informed me that the sewer line was pushed in too far and was against the baffle of the tank, and that’s why I was backing up constantly. I informed him that they just did a repair on this a few years back, and no one has touched it since. He cut the pipe back and said he would talk to his boss about the bill and get back to me. A week went by and then a lady called asking about the bill. I explained to her what I learned, and told her I didn’t feel like I owed them any money due to the fact that their repair was bad. She threatened to send me the collections, and I told her to have the owner call me. He called me a few days later asking me why I felt like I should have to pay the bill. I explained to him again that his technician told me that the pipe was shoved in too far, causing everything to back up against the baffle and they were the ones who did the work. He agreed and apologized and few days later after verifying what I said. Fast-forward to yesterday, I called to have my septic tank pump and learned that I was put on a do not service list for non payment. Unreal! I tried to explain this to the lady, and thought this this may be a misunderstanding. Her response was “ if that’s the experience you had with us, then why would you use us again”? Anyways, I called someone else and got it pumped. I guess this company is mad at me because their tech admitted their mistakes and I called them out on it. Very childish!!!

I had a septic inspection and everything went great until they left without covering my septic lids. I called the office and the lady had no idea why he left it like that and he would be back in a week to cover the lids. He came back and covered one lid. I call the office back and she tells me he will only cover lids that he dug up. Who dug up the second lid then? She said he will give me a call in the morning and talk to me about it. I never received a phone call. Now I have a hole in my back yard. Thanks for your great costumer service.

Sweet Pea came through in the clutch! We needed an emergency service. I called that morning and, by the afternoon, they had a gentleman to our house. Jose showed up and was professional and helpful in explaining the situation. He dialed us in and got us squared away.

Initially, we called with concerns about a leak. They were quick to come out to inspect our septic system. We were due for a cleaning which they were able to fit into their schedule along with an inspection after. Everything was great! I recommend and would use them again. The lady receptionist answering the phone calls is rude. I called to confirm some service that needs to be done for an inspection and she was very rude. Very snappy and condescending. I understand she might be tried etc but it’s not the customer fault to answer rudely. Definitely discourage me to use their services.

Easter day. Company. Full house, and two out of three toilets wont flush! That is the nightmare of having a septic system.
Next day,, The guy was here unclogging my sewer lines. He got the job done. Thank you for getting out here after two hours of me making the phone call. You're the best!

Charged $500 just to tell me I need an electrician for a guy that walked around in circles for 2 hours. I would also like to charge $250 to do nothing.
