1st and 3rd load load delivered perfect. 2nd load was not mixed right and the driver stated so. Slump was a 2 or so and would not even flow. Added water three times just to get it on the ground, didn’t matter because it flashed over and was setting up way too fast. Was ready to trowel way before the first and third load was even close to being ready. Owner states the only thing he guarantees is the PSI rating, pretty sad when the driver even stated it was mixed wrong. Again, we added water to get it off the truck at about a 5 slump…but why did it set up way before the 1st and 3rd load? It’s called flashing from improper mixing. Highly recommend you use Johnson’s out of Heber.

Was a decent concert batch plant. Also all your landscaping items,mulch, top soil,gravel, etc etc staff and owner are really helpful and courteous.
