Huge fan of Surecrete Products and the company in general! I recently purchased some their Precast mix, foam forming system, and XS-327 polyurethane to cast a bar top with some custom river rock inlays. First, I really like all of the how to videos the company has online. They helped a lot and made me want to try their product. Second, the bar top came out looking awesome. The product was just as described and really easy to work with. I really couldn't be happier! Finally, I can't believe the outstanding support I received from the company. After an initial online enquiry about their countertop system, I was contact by Jesse who answered all of my questions and let me know I could contact him anytime if I had additional questions, which I did and again he was very helpful. Then, after I made a mistake, and having lost Jesse's number, I contacted the company directly and was quickly connected with tech guys who told me exactly what to do to fix it. Again, I'm really happy with Surecrete! I've already obtained some of their Eco Stain to begin planning other projects. Thank you Surecrete!

Surecrete definitely has amazing customer service. It was my first time taking on a remodeling project for my home and they were more than happy to help. Love the products they have, our company uses their sealers and concrete mixes to add those special touches to our homes. I purchased colortec solvent based pigmented acrylic concrete sealer. This product is TERRIBLE. I used 2 coats on my driveway and it leaves tire marks that cannot be cleaned even with a surface cleaner pressure washing. Looking at brochure and speaking to local rep they stated that the sand color is good for driveways. First of all the color is white. In speaking to support they stated I bought the wrong product. The CEO came to my home to see for himself. He is scrubbing the marks off!!!! He said no it’s fine. SCRUBBING a driveway to get it clean who is going to do that everyday!!! This company is out to lunch from the top down. They will tell you to buy another product or use there cleaner EVERY DAY!!!. Bottom line is the product will leave you very upset and money poorly spent. If you like to scrub your driveway or pressure wash everyday this is the product for you!
Unless you buy black paint then your fine all you will see is the different shades of black between the paint and tire marks.
Terrible experience from product to customer service and solutions!!!!!
