Very personal and intimate butchery. I’m never rushed and they really know their stuff. Nik introduced me to their Smoked Sea Salt from a company called Superior Crack Seasonings AND I LOVE IT!! It literally changed everything I eat cause I put it on everything from steak to fish to veggies.

I love coming here. I’m glad we have an Armenian butcher near us because I used to go to Burbank. This family is so nice and their meat is so good! I love the ribs and the wings. If you buy more than 5 pounds you can ask them to cook it for an extra charge which is so worth it if you’re having a party. When we have people over we usually go here to get meat. They also have organic meat choices. The marinated meat is not over salty. I suggest parking in the back because it can be tight in the front.

This butcher shop is amazing. We bought prepared kebab meat (beef and lamb), a boneless ribeye and beef shank. I’ve never had in my life kebab so perfectly seasoned. The quality of the meat is supreme. The service was prompt. The little shop looks neat and attractive (I cannot believe that I am describing a butcher shop). I have no pictures to upload because the meat patties were juicy and tasty and I did not have time to take pictures. I do not recommend this butcher shop because I want to have it for myself for many years from now on.

LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, I ordered 2, 40 day dry aged rib eyes 20 ounces each, I can't even begin to explain how good they were, Nick and everybody else there were way to cool for school, Super helpful and super friendly, I will be placing another order in the near future for the Holidays.
