Ordered online and did not receive all items, ordered the 12.99 breakfast combo, for the cashier to tell me it doesn’t come with eggs, yet I selected and paid for the option with eggs verse the option 10.99 no eggs. Additionally, they stated online all breakfast comes with either a coffee or hot chocolate- I didn’t get none. I thought ordering ahead would be more convenient since the in person ordering process is ridiculous, but not sure what’s worst online or in person. What a rip off.

I stopped by yesterday for a last-minute item I needed for Thanksgiving, and this was the only grocery store in the area that was open. I didn't think they would have cranberry sauce but to my surprise they did. I went to the canned fruit aisle and didn't see any, so I was leaving and then I saw the cans on a table by the checkout. I was also surprised that they have self-checkout. Thanks to that, I was in and out even though the store was packed. Gracias Bodegon!

Bakery needs a little more honesty. I love a pastry called "mil hojas" which translated means (a thousand sheets). It's supposed to be flaky with cream. But this supermarket sell "cien hojas" (one hundred sheets). Pastry is mostly whip which makes the pastry look big. But in reality your only getting 5% of dough. CEO please don't be cheap.

I have been coming for about a year now to this location. Sunday October 15 I walked in for about 8 meat items and like 4 more other stuff when this elderly lady I’m assuming she’s the manager approach me in the most nastiest attitude in the self checkout line , she told me “Move your items aren’t scanning “ , she counted what I had in the bags and what was on the screen which was the same amount also next to me was a Cuban guy with more stuff than me but she had her eyes more on me (I’m guessing cause it was her own people she trust ) . She then walked away calling one of the guys that work on the floor(product aisle) and calling the guy in the front entrance to stand by me and check that I wasn’t stealing. I had to ask my friend to take my kids outside cause it got to a point I didn’t want my kids experiencing this embarrassing moment where everybody was looking at us like we did something wrong , I don’t even have the needs to even steal or have thought about doing something like that especially in front of my kids . I was so uncomfortable having to have two guys keep a eye on me like I was a criminal . With this being side I won’t be coming to this location no more cause the management there is so unprofessional and rude.

This place has food that taste weird and was expired. I bought a few times the 3 leches and every time it tasted expired. The lady at the coffee counter is just rude and very unhelpful. She thinks she is running her house kitchen and certainly does not smile nor enjoys her job. Waited 20 minutes for service and never got my coffee. It is ridiculously super slow.

The worst store ever female owner just told me I couldn't come back to store cause I was leaning against a refrigerator cause I am disabled and then called the cops for no reason. Don't shop at this store they don't care about the handicapp people ..

As a Hispanic, I find these supermarkets to be convenient, reliable, Service is very good, prices are reasonable. The food at the restaurants is always plentiful. I dislike the fact that no one can leave the store unless their receipt is checked. Legally speaking, once I have paid for the merchandise, The merchandise is mine and not El Bodegon. In my opinion It sends the wrong message. That Hispanics/Latins cannot be trusted. There’s food for thought for the owners.
