I would like to share our amazing experience from design to completion. We met with David in January 2022 to discuss our desire to replace an outdated railing. We prepared the staircase for Superior Spiral Stairs to measure and they promptly did so on February 9th. Within on week we received the shop drawings for our review and signature. The drawings were professional, addressed every detail and were easy to understand. In one month on March 18th 2022 our railings were delivered and installed. The installers were clean, thorough and very careful with our new treads, fabulous job. I highly recommend Superior Spiral Stairs, we are so happy with our new railings.

Perfect for all of your custom welded and glass railing needs. Superior Spiral Stairs did a fantastic job at a project we recently completed in Sarasota. I ordered and installed by myself an interior spiral staircase from Superior Spiral Stairs.
First, the communication via email and phone was prompt and professional.
All of the team members knew their business.
Second, while the company is experiencing 30 year high sales volume (According to the owner), they still completed fabrication of my custom order in less than 8 weeks.
Thirdly, assembly was like building a lego set. Everything I needed was included, and each part fit snugly and correctly. I assembled the stairs in one evening after work!!!
Finally, the product quality is excellent. I had read countless websites, and had local quotes. What became apparent was that Superior Spiral Stairs only utilizes the "best" solution at each step: solid metal hand-rail, welded top post, solid step metal, etc, etc.
My experience has been far beyond my expectations.
(I haven't installed the wood treads yet... wife wants me to custom stain them... )

If your application calls for outdoor powder coating, find a better company. The photos below are after only one year. We were assured the finish would be durable and last for years. In fact, we would never have brought our metal sculpture to them to refinish if they didn't do outdoor powder coating. When the piece was delivered, Jesse said it should be out in the sun so you could see the color. Well, a year has passed and there is rust all over it, at every weld. The owner, David, answered our email by saying the finish was for indoors only! So, a lousy job, lousy customer service, and lying. Do the math, personally I'd avoid them. It was a very expensive and frustrating experience.

Bought a home that definitely needed an update steps and railing. Had ideas in my head but not sure how to even get started. Called a few places and without a doubt Superior Spiral and Stairs put me at ease. They gave me several different ideas and concepts to think about. All were amazing. After they helped me narrow it down, I was explained step by step how the entire process was going to go. Once the smoke cleared I had a completed project that I couldn't have even imagined!
