I want so say thank you to Sunshine Windows, and to Katherine Carvajal, their Service Department Manger of their incredible service. Their doors were installed in my home over 10 years ago. We were having issues with the hinges on one of the doors and Katherine sent a team out the very next morning to change the hinges. The team arrived on time, provided excellent service and completed the job quickly. I was so impressed with their service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for windows and who wants to know that the product they buy is backed by excellent service. I had an issue with the hinges making loud noise when opening the deck glass door which was installed about 2 years ago, I opened a ticket with Sunshine and emailed service - they responded right away and sent technicians to replace the hinges for no charge - great service, very uncommon in Miami to find a manufacturer who stands behind their products and sends service FOC right away for an issue. thank you Sunshine I will definitely use them again for other projects

Sunshine Windows came to my house early in the morning and resolved the problem quickly and easily. The hinges on the impact door were strained and needed to be replaced. This was completed successfully and luckily the door was still under warranty.
