We purchased a tabletop video game system from Suncoast a little over six years ago. It has the look of an arcade machine, it's well decorated with the Ms Pac Man and Galaga logos and plays over 1400 games. We picked it up in person so I can't speak to any shipping issues. We drove over a hundred miles to get it, and it's been worth our time and money. It has all the games we were both addicted to in our youth, and Suncoast walked us through how to adjust the volume control. After 6 years we could probably use a new glass countertop as we've scratched it up, but the machine still works well and gets a ton of compliments when we have people visit. Usually they just ask if we are AARP members... thanks!

Is started out 5 star review, but then we had some trouble, with no response from Suncoast for two weeks. We bought our cocktail arcade in October 2023. It worked well until last month. The joystick and fire button on player1 side stopped working properly. I called and left several messages. I emailed them. I also went on their site and filled out online form, and sent it in. I NOT HAVE RECEIVED ONE RESPONSE of any kind, going on 3 weeks. We just want to fix our machine so we can play.

Never delivered. I’ve been calling Suncoast all day trying to get an answer and left my info on a recording. Can’t get a hold of anyone. I ordered a cocktail table from Wayfair and waited 9 weeks for it. It was promised to be delivered in 5-6 weeks. Wayfair kept extending the delivery date. Without warning and no explanation, they suddenly cancelled my order and said it’s not in stock. It should have been in stock 9 weeks ago when they took my money. Now I have to wait 3-5 days for my money back even though they got my money the minute I ordered it. I go to Suncoast’s site and it says delivery lead time is 15+ days, but like I said, I can’t get hold of anyone.

Scam artists. Please avoid at all costs. The item I ordered never worked one single time. Emailed customer support three separate times, not one response. Nothing. Called, no one answers. They just took my $500, gave me a faulty product, then ignore you for so long that you are well outside any hope of warranty, return, replacement, etc. 100% not legit. They will take your money but you won't get what you pay for. PLEASE look elsewhere. Again, avoid this place like the plague.

Total incompetence doesn't even begin to sum up our continuing experience with Suncoast. It's almost impossible to conceive of how they can completely mismanage an order, and customer service the way they do. I now see other recent poor reviews. Believe them all. We had direct communication with Suncoast on November 28th of 2024. We inquired as to whether we would receive a machine by Christmas if we placed an order at that time. We were told to get the order in that day, or the next day, and we would likely have the machine by Christmas. We ordered, and paid the $1800 on that day. We should note that their website was also stating 12 business days from order to shipment. Weeks went by without a word from Suncoast. We had to intiate contact a few days before Christmas to find out that we would not be receiving the arcade by Christmas and that they had no idea when it would be shipped. We were given a number of different excuses. We continued to initiate contact and requested that either the owner or someone from management contact us. We are still waiting for that to happen. Finally after numerous calls and emails initiated by us, we were told the machine was being shipped on January 6th with TForce shipping. On January 13th we learned that the machine is at a TForce location approximately 35 minutes away from our home, but was being held by them until Suncoast made contact. We contacted Suncoast who told us they had to wait 24 hours to hear from TForce because they didn't know what the problem was. Today, January 14th we called TForce and were able to find out that they are holding the delivery because Suncoast has not paid the shipping fee! We then called Suncoast, but nobody answers. We emailed Suncoast and received a response saying they were on the phone with TForce "working it out" and would call us once they were done. 3 hours later, we still have not heard from them. We have asked for the owner to call us multiple times and have either been told he's traveling or sick. Apparently he doesn't own a cellphone. On our end, one of us is an attorney and we are now preparing to take legal action against Suncoast who still has our $1800. Don't put yourselves through this experience.

One of worst companies I've ever dealt with. Wish I had actually read all reviews before ordering. Many of the 4-5 stars in recent years are for customer service BECAUSE THEIR NEW MACHINE DIDN'T WORK due to poor quality components.
I Ordered table top model and they sent me cocktail model. Poor communications and when they did respond, they lied and dragged their feet hoping I would keep wrong machine because they didn't want to pay for expensive return shipping.
After 3 weeks of getting run around, I had Visa do a charge back and that got their attention and they finally emailed me a return shipping label.
Never did get machine I ordered, but after reading about all the quality issues, I'm glad I didn't.

This place is the worst place to purchase arcade game and other items the customer service is not good and you will not get your produce on time. Poor quality produces it was poorly painted and the instructions was like if an elementary kid made it. It took me 1 month and 2 weeks to get 1 pedestal and the website stated the longest it would take was 16 days. No one will answer the phone and will not return your phone calls I will buy from Arcade 1 for my next video game purchases.

I bought the tabletop retro arcade. Love it. Had a slight issue figuring out the volume, but one email to customer service and that was quickly resolved.
