My Kawama Debra & Rick renters were on site at M7 during the whole process and stated the crew sent to our townhouse was experienced and well trained .
To be preventative, we requested my central AC air handler’s coil taken out and cleaned.
They included gauging the refrigerant level as well as also cleaning the air drum for optimum performance.

Since I was not on property, Doug the owner of SubZero sent me the steps they do:

“Pump down refrigerant into condenser. Cut pipes and remove the coil. Chemically clean and rinse the coil then Re-install it into the air handler. Replace liquid-line filter-drier. Evacuate system below 500 microns then perform a decay test. Release refrigerant back into system then start & check operation. Plus sent me a picture of the “blower wheel” and added refrigant for free .

They also cleaned out the coils of my two AC downstairs .
I feel we are ready for the heavy use and heat of the upcoming summer .
Definetely worth doing now in prep for summer heat to be preventative !
The results were like getting three new units in efficiency.

Outstanding workmanship, and Douglas and his men are extremely nice . My ac coil had a leak and had to wait 3 weeks for the part . Sub zero air put in a brand new top of the line bigger , more efficient unit the next day for just pennies more then the cost to repair . Call sub zero for all you home ac needs . We needed a specific Motor replacement for our AC unit and they drove all the way to Pompano to pick it up for us to be able to install on the same day.
