My favorite deer processor! Top quality products that leave you wanting more. I have tried their smoked sausage, summer sausage, deer bacon, and snack sticks. My favorite is their Maple Smoked Sausage, I can never get enough. It's is worth the long drive each way and I never regret it and you won't either. They are busy/popular so they schedule appointments for deer drop off so they don't over commit. I make mine a couple weeks in advance.

First year that I have used Stump Creek. Very impressed. Three deer and absoulty no complaints. Bacon, pattied sausage, smoked sausage and summer sausage have all been excellent. Clean facility and friendly owners.
