This is an amazing local business that does the best deer processing with all kinds of delicious flavor options! They have a great selection of meat, products, and seasoning products in the store. The Philly cheesesteak sausage is one of my personal favorites. The meat sticks are a staple in my household. My kids love to take them to school and their lunch or for a snack.

My family and I drive up from Gulfport (an hour drive) to get a variety of the meats. My favorite is the maple sausage, but we even purchase the Pork and Alligator sausage to put in crawfish, which is a big hit with everyone! Prices are very reasonable.
