After a disastrous experience at another local tile/flooring showroom, I went to Italics and was so impressed with the fabulous service, the assistance, the explanations and the help I received. Tim was so amazing as were the other specialists that I never even considered going to the next tile store that was on my list.
They have a beautiful selection and allowed me to take home sizeable samples to see what worked best.
The tile setter they recommended not only is a skilled artisan but also one of the most pleasant , trustworthy and helpful professionals.
Working with Italics in San Rafael was truly the most positive experience and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

This place needs to be investigated. The front staff are completely clueless and can't even give you accurate information. Do not give them a card as they will continue to charge/credit/charge days and even weeks later without notification or authorization and the prices they come up with are completely arbitrary. Chances are the final price will be 40% higher than the quote like mine. Management won't return phone calls either.

Like most gravel quarries in Sonoma County this is family owned and operated! Syar sand and gravel is the only place in Sonoma County that's owned by a corporation. Keep your money in Sonoma County and only do business with Bodean ( Forestville Quarry and Mark West Station Road guarry), Stony Point and of course the best, Canyon Rock owned by the Trappe family ( Wendell and his family donated to the community more than is necessary. Also it's the best prices in Sonoma County).

Very polite cashier, bilingual and prices pretty good on the other hand the truck drivers would love to run you over and some people dropping off concrete are lazy they could easily go back they leave it at front of the pile rather than pushing it to the back.
