We found Stone World Imports as a result of them being recommended by my sister after they redid her kitchen countertops. Our sales representative was Livia Santos and she was terrific. Very responsive to any and all of our questions and very knowledgeable about the products and services. We had gotten several quotes from other companies and Stone World was over $1,000 less expensive. There representatives were very professional and polite and did great work, from the gentleman who came and took the measurements to the two men who did the actual removal and installation of the new countertops. Lastly and most importantly, the countertops look so good. The fit and finish is perfect. Overall we couldn't be happier with the experience. Two thumbs up and 5 stars to the whole company.

We chose Stone World Imports & Manufacturing for our kitchen counter project. Katia helped us find the right stone for our budget. She was very responsive and service focused. There are few projects that go 100% perfect and while there was a bump in the road with our slab, what mattered to us more importantly was the way in which the Stone World team handled the situation. Fabrication and sales were quick to remedy and very focused and respectful of my project timeline. For those reasons, I would use them every time I needed countertops and recommend them to any friend or family member.

Aline Pires was our sales person, and she was extremely knowledgeable and helped us to find exactly what we wanted to replace our fireplace face. We were able to view in person the different types and colors of stone and found the perfect style for us.
They sent a skilled craftsman to do exact laser measurements of our fireplace, the stone was cut, and edges honed exactly to our specifications. Their expert installers worked with our schedules and arrived on time. They were very careful with the installation and answered any questions we had.
We would recommend their high-quality service again to anyone.

Rodolfo took the time to walk me through every possibility and detail I could imagine, making sure my vision for the kitchen came to life.

The turnaround time was impressive, with the kitchen template completed in less than a week! Installation was quick, seamless, and hassle-free. The pricing was also very reasonable for the quality and service I received.
