They made 2 service calls to work on a/c that kept breaking belts. They were told to fix problem. After 2nd try without solving it they said might be the compressor. They didn't want to fix it without another over $1000 service call. Be repaired not to have it fixed on the first try.

Worst customer service I've ever received from anyone !!!!! WE purchased a CMI 175 twister ... if they had a million dollar piece of equipment for the price of of a stick of bubblegum I wouldn't buy it again ...Was lied to during the purchase ...Was told a price and that the machine come with two heads .. got down to paperwork and only one head was listed...machine went down a couple months after we bought it .. paid 2500.00 for a new track cylinder replacement...lasted one day went down again...was told they would come repair it in the field...then sent a bill fir 6000.00 recharging me for the same cylinder labor again plus mileage...only to find out that I could have just repacked the cylinder...was lied too and told it was a sealed unit and could not be rebuilt...no returned phone calls no updates or estimates on repair time or when parts would be in ...horrible experience.....machine has been down 5 weeks ...managdr was suppose to get with his under carriage expert to see what was causing it...never returned calls three days later...no call ...mechanic said parts had been in the shop a week...they wanted payment before they fix it a second time ...yeah right I want my money back for the first failed repair ...We will figure it out and fix it ourselves !!
