I received a call reminding me that my RAM1500 needed its first oil change. I made an appointment and arrived on time. Handed in the keys and signed at 10:30am. I was told by the phone appointment that the oil change would take 30-45 minutes, so I waited in the store. Trouble happened, the afternoon appointment was delayed, I asked at 1:30pm, the reception told me it was done, just waiting for the last 10 minutes. Delayed again, I wrote this review at 2:30pm. It is worth mentioning that I still haven't got my car, and I don't know when it will be completed. I will write down the completion time later, hopefully it won't be until they close. If you want to buy a vehicle, the sales here are professional and friendly. If you want after-sales service, choose another store, this one has no service to speak of.

I bought a brand new jeep and traded in a vehicle.
The jeep had a flashing engine light within the first month and it took them over 2 weeks to diagnose and fix.
Next, I get a bill for over $240 from Fastrak because they sold my vehicle with its original plates without telling me. As a result the new owner has been billing me for his/her daily trips across the Bay.
Never again!

First of all, John is great. He doesn't know what comes out of the tiny six bay work space where they "make stuff up" to keep their jobs. Went in for a new windshield and a complaint of a rattling heat shield that needed to be adjusted. Came out paying $9200. They told me I needed a new "transfer case" 4K and labor. They said the noise was coming from the "transfer case" and I needed to get it replaced immediately. Turned out it was a complete con. Rattle is still there right out of the dealership. Transfer case was most likely fine and I'm broke before Xmas. Ridiculous. NEVER GO TO A DEALERSHIP AFTER YOUR WARRANTY IS OVER. I learned the hard way. I can't even express properly how I feel about this whole experience. Three weeks of work? Ubers and a refusal for a loan car or rental after paying almost TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS. For a windshield and transfer case. And the transfer case was fine. And they told me if I wanted the transfer case back (for my godson to wrench) I would have to pay THEM $1200. Just a horrible horrible con job.

Honestly you will get the best service at this place.. specially if you ask for John A Shami. He goes out of his way to give you the best customer service. Very friendly and very professional. Also thank you Alex for taking the time to bring my car in even if it was almost closing time. I appreciate it.

My experience with the service department was absolutely appalling. The staff were shockingly condescending and outright rude, making the entire interaction incredibly uncomfortable. Their attitude alone was enough to raise red flags, but unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there.

It became glaringly obvious that they lacked the knowledge and expertise required to handle even basic vehicle services. They appeared unorganized, confused, and uninterested in providing accurate or reliable information. This is not the type of place you can trust with something as important as your vehicle.

Save yourself the headache and take your car elsewhere. Between their unprofessional demeanor and their incompetence, this service department is an absolute no-go.
