Steve did a fantastic job remodeling our small, cramped 1950's pink & gray tile bathroom to a beautiful sanctuary! The subs he brought in were also very skilled and he kept everyone on track and communicated constantly. Steve has a real 'good guy' vibe and I was very comfortable having him around the house. Highly recommend if you want a pleasant, friendly and skilled contractor!

Took 8 days to respond to my voicemail. Then said his internet was down and he needed to locate my address on Google Earth and could not tell me if he serviced my location or not without that. I found it peculiar that they couldn't just go on data on their cell phone to use the internet. 4 days later I still did not hear back from Steve. I got sick of waiting and called Steve's handyman service once again for the second time. He didn't remember my work order didn't remember my name thought I was a different woman with my same name in a different city that he said lived in a trailer park!! I found that highly insulting and told him that was not who I was. During the phone call he kept saying that there was a Comcast man up a pole and kept yelling at someone at his house to go deal with them. He was far more concerned with the Comcast worker than me a potential customer trying to get his help with a work order. He was so incredibly rude self-centered and narcissistic that I lost entirely any interest I ever had in hiring him just from his extremely poor attitude alone. I couldn't believe how much further than that I would have had to try to get this man to even have any interest in my work order that I had for him. I have no idea how his quality of work is because I would never consider hiring someone that arrogant and self-centered. I told him if he did not respond by the next day that I would move on. The next day his internet mysteriously was working again, what coincidence hmm. He emailed me finally 16 days later and gave me an estimate for work that was nowhere near what I explained needed to be done at my house. I have a roof leak that has caused some pretty good sized sheetrock and wall damage and he said he would just touch it up and sand it down when it really needs to be opened up and have new insulation and sheetrock put in. I absolutely do not recommend Steve's handyman service to anybody!!
