Great customer service! I rented their Ditch Witch: this piece of machinery is awesome! They showed me / gave me a demonstration on how to operate it and patiently answered my questions. Will definitely rent equipment from them in the future.

So today june 7th 2022, i reserved the use of a piece of equipment. After confirmation of availability for this weekend. I arranged to have some help available for my project. I was called late in the evening and told is was no longer available. Either this was rented out from underneath me or there organization skills of what tools are available is in poor condition. Super disappointing.

Always at top of their game - making customer happy. Equipment is always tip top. In 2014 and 2015 forest fires they stayed open past normal hours so we could get critical water pumping equipment.
