I highly recommend Stepp propane! Best prices, wonderful family!! They are always so accommodating!! The wife lifts up my propane tank, and put it in my car for me?!! One time they had some problems with the propane machine , and she even gave me a gift card!! They are just wonderful family, even the kids come and help out with the shop, that always smells wonderful like candles!! I will not go to any other place! Just recommended it to my parents. All my friends use them as well!

Excellent place! We showed up on a Saturday not knowing that they close at 2:00 PM until we saw the hours on the door. Regardless, they greeted us with a smile and filled our tank. Thank you to the people at Stepp Propane!

Was referred to them by a friend, brought my own tanks in for fill up, talked to Ron and he saved me some momey on a couple things that I had bought(so I took those back) that don't do what you would think that they should and got me setup on a new regulator and got that all taken care of. I would recommend Stepp Propane to anyone and everyone

White Mountains RV Rentals

With my RV rentals business or love for sitting in my backyard next to a fire. I frequently need to refill my propane tanks for my camper trailers and/ or firepit. I have been to all the propane dealers in Show Low/ Pinetop and choose to give my business to Stepp.

The second you arrive someone is walking out of the office and is ready to fill your tanks. No matter if you get Jodie, one of the kids or Ron's sister they are all so friendly. If Ron is not out delivering propane he always extends a smile and hello when he is in the office. They get our tanks filled fast and their prices are always fair.

My wife and I moved to the area 2 years ago. When I say Ron provides the best customer service on the mountain it comes from ample experience. He delivered propane to our house at 10:30 at night!! We will only use Ron going forward. Do yourself a favor and give Stepp Propane a try, you wont regret it!!

Liars and thieves. Big sign says $2.39, but after you refill they tell you it's 300 gallon minimum, then overcharge you! Just another of the many crooks in this crime ridden town.
To your response,
It is blatantly obvious that your phoney sign is drawing in victims like me with the false price, and with the intent of defrauding us of our hard earned money.
I'll be filing a complaint with the State. Maybe they can explain why it's wrong to advertise falsely.

We were staying at a RV park in Pinetop this summer and allot of the "other" propane companies had "set" days for delivery which did not work for us. We called Ron and he was able to come out the next day to fill our tank. In addition our gauge was not working accurately and he was able to install a new gauge and saved us a mobile tech RV call which would have cost considerably. Ron was great to work with, professional yet friendly and more than willing to help. He even gave us some tips on filling the tank as it was an older fill valve. We'd highly recommend Stepp Propane!
