I recently bought a 2019 certified lexus gx460 with the intention of modifying it for serious offroad and overlanding .Previously I
drove a 2023 Tundra on all of my off road adventures . As I get older [68] I feel I deserve /need more luxury The lexus GX460 built on the land cruiser Prado frame offered great bones and the interior luxuries one would expect from Lexus
I did a lot of research on my vehicle and aftermarket 4x4 options and started consulting with Jesse and Rob at Stellar. They had great ideas and a lot of working knowledge I really appreciated that they never tried to upsell equipment I would never use or need. They patiently and professionally answered a billion questions this newbie had about the needed modifications and accessories ,I always felt confident they were steering me in the right direction .
So far they have added a new Expedition One bumper w/ bull bars and winch ,a 3''lift with new Dobinson suspension which is awesome, CBI rock sliders, Prinsu pro roof rack, ditch lights ,aux spot lights fog lights, light bar , a washer tank relocation .
The build took only about a week once we had all the parts .The entire process was painless and fun! when I had some minor issues with the build or a detail the STELLAR team listened to me and made things right every time w/o any pushback .
All things considered STELLAR BUILT did a great job and I am looking forward to finishing my build w/a rear bumper ,tire rack /wheels and tires to match my lift and along range gas tank for my Alaska to Baja trip next year.
I will not hesitate to have STELLAR do the job right .

I cannot speak highly enough of Stellar Built and their exceptional service! Here's the story: I recently participated in TLCA’s Rubithon 2024 event. I took my Toyota FJ Cruiser through the Rubicon Trail, and as you might expect, it was quite the adventure. Unfortunately, a crucial part decided it had had enough and broke down on me.
Gary from Mudrak’s Custom Cruisers was able to connect with them, they confirmed they had a the spare lower control arm link. Not only did they have the exact spare part I needed, but they went above and beyond to ensure they brought the part with them on the trail and delivered it at the camp site we stayed at. Dmitriy and the crew at Stellar Built are the best in NorCal when it comes to lifting, modding or fabricating your ride. Although their specialty is Toyota and other offroad trucks, they will take on all kinds of challenges. They recently converted my van to 4WD using the kit from UJoint Offroad (best conversion option for E350 vans) which was no small task. Give them a ring if you want quality work that’s priced fairly.
