Steak and Shake has always been a childhood favorite growing up. It reminds me of being with family and eating good food with a shake.

The food is okay, not what I remember, but the people are fantastic.

They do need somebody to tell newcomers that you have to order on the kiosk, and they don’t wait on you anymore. There is a sign, but it is pretty small.

Overall a pretty great experience. I wish they went back to human interaction for things instead of screens and scanners.

Had the best lunch today with my husband the service was great. The service attendant her name is Linda. She was very cheerful and ready to help. Great atmosphere. Everything was very clean. The burger was amazing and the soft drinks were just right. Highly recommend this place.

I went door dashed food to my job and got this I spoke to a manger and she told me and confirmed that my older was wrong then she told me that she would put my name in the re make book and I would get a remake of my burger and fries which this happened last night when I spoke to the manager . Come back the today to another manager arguing with me and basically trying not to remake my food the worst experience ever.

Steak 'n shake has gone from a full service restaurant to basically counter service fast food. For the price, it's not something that I would do again anytime soon. I really like the food and the milkshakes were great. The price on the milkshakes was pretty good at $5, but the price on the food for the quality and size was over my expectations.

We haven’t been inside a Steak ‘n Shake in years - what a wonderfully incredible change!! This store was super clean and now they have ordering kiosks and a drink refill station. It’s truly a fast food place now! Someone calls out your name when your order is ready so I’d suggest having a little fun with that!

I have not been to a steak and shake in years so I was shocked to see how modernized it is with the kiosks and all. Food was amazing, shake was out of this world. But the old lady that stands in the front is rude and makes you feel uncomfortable while trying to order your food.

Service from the manager Jessica was horrible. I went to order food for my children and I and the order wasn’t correct. I went back around the drive-through to make the manager aware and also to let them know that the fries are less than halfway full in their containers and she started saying how people always want free food and she’s tired of that. No one asked for anything free we pay for our food, but that was very embarrassing and horrible service from Jessica. I was embarrassed that she started screaming in front of employees and my children that people always want free food. Please stake and shake hire a more professional manager. We didn’t even ask for more fries or anything we simply just made her aware that they weren’t filling the containers more than halfway. Please people don’t raise any concern to this manager, she will scream. Thank you.

Haven't been to Steak 'n Shake in years. Ordering is now done at customer-friendly touch-screen kiosks making it easy to customize and pay for your order. The chili 5-way was very good. And so was the strawberry shake (half-price between 2 and 4)
