What a nice Starbucks. They are very busy here and I think it's because they pay attention to their customers needs. They do have a guy using an iPad, however his only job is to make sure everyone gets their orders and keeping the pickup counters clean. He's not doing anything else like making food or drinks. They have six people working in this little tiny place. And they put orders through like an assembly line. Everything tastes like the classic Starbucks fare. If you are in Palm Beach gardens, this is a great choice for a Starbucks.

Waited 20 minutes and no one showed up to take my order. Went and got coffee from the target fridge. As I checked out I then see 2 Starbucks employees come out from the back.
1 star for no service.

Stopped here for some coffee and a quick breakfast sandwich. The woman taking our order was very kind and friendly. The loss of stars is because I ordered a salted caramel cold brew with sweet cream foam ( this is my go to drink) and unfortunately there was a TON of foam with very little coffee! They also didn’t have the cold brew fresh like other places, it was poured from a pitcher and water was added. Sadly I was very disappointed in my coffee this morning.

the one girl has black hair and a dyed color on her hair she’s super rude to females and she denied me a lid because it’s for “tall cups” yet let people who got tall FREE waters have that lid. That’s the very lid every starbucks uses for foam drinks. Yet a paying customer gets told no, and a free water gets the lid. just ridiculous she made my drink wrong on purpose as i’m already late for work and continued to grunt and huff and puff and talk about me in front of guests and her co worker kelsey or something who also denied me lied when i came to get my drink re made while being late. Super super unprofessional. I worked in food service for 10 years and no matter what if someone would like something especially nd paying customer as little as a lid should be no issue and there should be no attitude toward a guest or you obviously have problems that should not be taken out at work place on customers. but it’s starbucks and they won’t care they just pretend the care about the complaint and listen to employee made up story (i’ve seen it) and continue going. But i will continue to have reviews put up honest about this place.

Pat was more than amazing at customer service at this location, welcoming customers and checking in with their orders even when they were going through a heavy rush. Pat and others made sure my order was made properly and given to me at an amazing speed, I would be very surprised if he wasn't already a manager. Please consider giving him props for his kind demeanor, awesome communication with team members and overall impeccable service !

This Starbucks is located inside the Target store. It has independent hours and a limited food offerings than other free standing stores. The coffee selections mostly all available. The service and the drinks are all great.

the barista javonna was extremely rude and seemed bothered by my presence. she had such attitude when taking my order when i asked her to clean up the area before she placed my cup down because it was a mess and my drink tasted awful like burnt espresso and she didn’t do almond milk like i requested and was charged for so i expect to have the milk i paid for but she used dairy milk instead which upset my stomach. she needs to be spoken to by management her customer service needs work. very disappointing visit

False advertising saying it offers a drive thru. Definitely doesn’t , it’s inside a target. Isn’t false advertising against the law?!?
