Excellent customer service. Clerk suggested that I buy the Scotch packaging tape instead of the Staples brand when I complained of the poor quality of the Staples brand tape. The tape always splits into narrow strips and causes me to try to find the place where the splitting begins. The excess waste is unnecessary if I buy the Scotch brand of tape instead. In fact, the clerk told me that Staples provides the Staples staff with Scotch brand packaging tape because it is more dependable.

Great customer service! The print department were able to complete a last minute project for me in such a timely matter. From the moment I walked into the store someone greeted me. There was no one in the printing dept at the time, so another associate quickly came to assist me. I appreciate that the associates have an awareness of acknowledging each customer.
