Daniel who was manning the front of the store was informative, pleasant and has a natural customer service. He adviced me to get a protection plan for the computer chair that I purchased. He wasn’t in a hurry to explain everything. He remained calm and collected.

I walked in recently with a package in my hand and a store associate (can’t remember her name) was very friendly and helpful. She asked me how can she help and assisted me with a package return to Happy Returns.

There’s no need to bring your items in a box just provide them with QR Code you receive in your email from the vendor for the approved item and they will take it from there. The whole process was very quick and easy. She had excellent customer service skills.

The store is spacious very organized and has great stock of products for school and businesses, including office furniture. Highly recommend! ?

Went in to purchase a chair and honestly received the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Jose, the manager, was amazing. I honestly buy a lot of my supplies on Amazon due to convenience, but after today's experience I will be purchasing more here.

The clerks are curt and borderline rude. Are they okay? Only person who’s been decent was a printing counter clerk who took quite a while to greet me as the only person in her queue.

I went recently to place an order for custom stickers and the whole process was very quick and easy. I would like to mention that the store associate, Bao, was very helpful and nice. She had excellent customer service skills.

Very dishonest store. Ran a promotion on doordash but unwilling to fulfill. Manager stopped three of my dasher to check out then eventually marked a notebook as sold out because they don't want to honor a promotional price. I was able to order with the promotional price on DoorDash. Their website clearly has more than the quantity that I ordered. Definitely do not recommend such dishonest store to anyone. No wondered staples is running out of business.

Bad service!! Came to print something that needed to be laminated. The lady told me that it takes 2 hours Like are you serious is not my first time getting things laminated here. They close at 9pm but yet they tell me they close at 7pm. So I tell them show me in the website that you guys close at 7pm. They didn’t. Called the manager he didn’t even know anything. Ridiculous bad service never coming here at all!!!
