I never made business with Stan's Appliance & Refrigeration Rpr, but I can at least testify to their honesty. I had a dishwasher that wasn't working anymore and I went over to see if it's worth a repair. It did not! But they had one scheduled for disposal and they asked me if I want it, they said it works just fine, so I asked how much they want for it? They said nothing just take off our hands! The dishwasher works great and! Jill is an absolute GEM! Super helpful and a fountain of knowledge ?

Stan’s Appliance Repair made me an appointment and sent a technician to my house within a week. She was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every step of what she was doing with my stove, oven, and dryer. She even politely explained that I had been using the wrong pots and pans for the type of range I have. Then she made a recommendation as to which pans work best for the range. Later on I misplaced the invoice and called their office to get a replacement. I had a scanned copy in my inbox within 5 minutes. I would highly reccomend Stan’s to anyone needing appliance repair or diagnostics.

These gals were so nice, so responsive, and so helpful. Our dryer stopped producing heat and we got two parts at two different times from them. They remembered me when I called and offered troubleshooting help and I can't be more grateful (we did find and fix the problem). Awesome staff, parts available, and just overall can't describe how great the service was. I'll be calling them the next time I have an appliance issue and I highly suggest using them. Quick response on my phone call. Very knowledgeable tech. The estimation appointment was overpriced. The total estimated fix for my dishwasher exceeded the price of two new ones. Insane! Bought a new dishwasher. Note for myself: don't try to fix appliances, not worth it. Buy new ones.

Called yesterday and got an appointment for today. Nick showed up within the time promised. Pleasant, professional. Told us what was wrong with the machine (it's green and made to work the way it is, LOL) Service call was reasonably priced. We have used Stan's in the past and never had a bad experience.

They were extremely responsive when I needed a repair to my washer. Being without a washer and a house full of kids is not fun!! Ryan, the technician was extremely professional and went above and beyond his service. He was in my home for not more than 30 minutes. Diagnosed the issue and had the part in his van to repair it immediately. He also wrote me a long list of helpful hints and tips to save me money and keep my washer in pristine running condition. Thank you Stans appliance!

These people blew us off completely the first day that they said they would come out, no phone call or update, we had to chase them down by phone.
On the second scheduled day (and oh by the way you have to wait the whole day on them because they refuse you a time) they had us as #6 in line, which I find pretty rude considering the first blow off but ok. They didn’t show up until the very end of the day, after we had to take our dog to a vet appointment. They required a card number to show up with out us there, which we would have found totally acceptable had they fixed the washer and dryer. They guy showed up for 5 minutes and left according to our tenant, and said it was good. IF IT WAS GOOD WE WOULDNT HAVE CALLED!!! So the washer and dryer are still broken and they charged us. Worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Total trash company.
