Bought falcon equipment from here for our restaurant. It’s like pulling teeth to get parts or help for replacements. The propane griddle quit working just months after warranty expired. The staff who answers the phone is not knowledgeable at all or willing to help. I just get transferred from one person to another and they have no clue when their parts staff will even be in to call and talk to one of them.
Cheap prices, but you end up paying the same in the long run after all the hassle they put you through. You would think that after spending $20k plus at their store that they’d be more helpful

Just finished buying a lot of things to make some wedding cakes. I had to find things all over the store and everyone was so helpful and ready to field my questions. Shout out to Scott who rang me up. Some of my boxes didn’t have price stickers on them and he happily walked to the very back of the store with me to get the code off the rack. Then he safely packed up my more fragile things without me even asking. I was ready to just throw it all in my cart. Really nice guy and I can tell he works hard.

There are so many things to choose from! The prices are reasonable. But it was so hot in there, I cut my shopping short. It's 110 degrees. Good AC is mandatory!

A very cool huge supply store!
As a pastry cook/baker I found some really good items here for very good price. Pans, linens, pastry bags, scoops, racks, mixers, whisks and so on.
Definitely coming back!

If I could no stars, I would! One lady followed my friend and I around and was very rude to the question we had. Because of her, you lost out on multiple sales from us. We were going to be getting more supplies there until feeling racially offended as she followed through the entire store and gave dirty looks. That was unacceptable, and I will tell all my friends and family in the food industry to never go there or purchase from there!

Everything a dilettante such as myself could ever need (or thinks he needs) for kitchen equipment, bulk spices and other ingredients. So much fun to just wander the aisles. Can't speak to the professional, but I've seen just about everything I've ever seen in a commercial kitchen in here too.

Great prices and the people are super nice.

Huge location with every type of dish, utensil or any other thing relating to restaurants. You do not have to be a member to shop here. I am not a chef but I shopped here for some nice chefs knives and a couple new commercial pans.

Buy my toilet paper in bulk here. Was 47.00 a case. Alot cheaper for me. Alot of items to choose from. Never crowded, staff helpful and friendly. Have plastic forks , spoons in bulk also. I get a box each for the year. Never had a bad experience here.
