Their peppered jerky is one of the best out there. I've been making my own jerky for years and happened to come across this jerky when I was out of town. I'm glad I did because I don't need to make my own anymore. I will definitely start trying their other flavors the next time I go.

The worst jerky I have ever tried, by far. Taste and texture is that of dryed tree bark. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Purchased a 7oz bag of Sweet & Spicy from Antelope Chevron gas station at 6 am this morning for office snack. It's 9:20 am now and I realized that I almost finished the bag. Goes really well with coffee. Looking over the bag realized that they are my neighbors and I often drive past the place. Will stop by if open to public, to check them out. I don't really like spicy, but this one is something else, want to check out other flavors.

My new favorite jerky. I bought some hot and spicy version at a gas station to try, while I was in California, and was hooked pretty much instantly. I love when a food that’s advertised as hot is actually hot. Unfortunately I live in the Midwest… I’ll order some as needed. If there’s a hotter version, I would love to try them as well.

My wife brought home a bag of SMC jerky that she bought for a snack and didn't want to finish as it was far too tough. I've tried eating it as well and it's so tough my jaw hurts trying to break it down. Maybe this is how dry jerky needed to be back in the olden days to survive all winter, but an appetizing snack it does not make. Bag says good until September 2023 so it doesn't appear to be expired.
