St. Pete Meat & Provisions is hands down the best butcher shop around! No matter who’s working, you’re guaranteed friendly, knowledgeable service and top-tier quality. But I have to give a special shoutout to Corinne—she is incredibly knowledgeable and always has the best recommendations. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does, and I learn something new every time I stop in!

Their beef tallow—I’m completely obsessed and use it for 90% of my cooking. If you care about where your meat comes from and want expert guidance, this is the place to go!

This place is amazing!! We purchased several items from then to include beef tallow, a whole chicken, sausage, etc... and it's been outstanding quality. The folks who work in the shop are always so friendly and knowledgeable. A little on the pricey side but well worth it for the quality.

I went into St Pete Meat and Provisions expecting to buy some meat, but I walked out feeling like a certified carnivore! These guys are the absolute meat maestros. Need a ribeye cut with the precision of a diamond cutter? Done. Want your bacon sliced so thin it doubles as wrapping paper? Consider it handled.

I asked them if they could cut my steak in the shape of a T-Rex, and they didn't even blink. They just asked if I wanted it medium-rare or Jurassic. They’ve got every kind of meat you can imagine – and some you probably can't. I mean, who knew kangaroo steaks were a thing?

The staff is friendlier than a cow in a field of daisies. They know their stuff and will educate you on the fine art of meat selection and preparation. They'll even throw in a few dad jokes while you're there. I left not only with a perfect cut of beef but with an abdominal workout from laughing so hard.

St. Pete meat & provisions is the absolute best meat shop in the entire area. I always come here to get my meats especially their steaks. They have wide variety of meats ( grassfed, prime, Japanese A5, Australian Wagyu ) from cow, chicken to exotics like alligator or kangaroo. Not to mention they have their own farm, and that’s where most of the meats come from so that’s how you know that their meats are fresh and of the highest quality. They sell tallow, unique condiments & sauces, cheese and a whole bunch of other stuff. Good place for if you want to experiment and take culinary to the next level. Prices are higher than a regular grocery store ex Publix or Whole Foods but you get what you pay for. After coming here it’s hard to go buy meat from anywhere else. Corrine is the best butcher at this shop, she is very knowledgeable and has great energy. Love when I come in and she’s in the shop!
