Had what I needed, FAST shipping. Difficult to make payment online but Audrey was helpful. I wish the website had metric measurements for their ear clamps but I'm able to find what I need in inches. Making another purchase today.

Bought a little giant flow, didn’t receive the item, then I called for a credit. They waited a week and a half to finally send me an email saying they were going to give me a credit back when I already waited two weeks before that to find out that I never got the product company is Not Good be careful when you buy something because they may not have an in stock and then they hold your money for a month. Does not seem right that they Would do that

First time using this company and will be my last. I needed a specific bolt for a machine that we use almost daily to complete jobs. Found the one we needed on their website and called the company to get an exact shipping date and my expected arrival date. The given time frame was workable so I placed the order. The date which the order was to arrive came and no package. Call the customer service department again to get the tracking information which was to have been sent to me with in 24 hours and it wasn’t. Checked UPS tracking number to find out my order has not been shipped and it would be three days after the anticipated shipping date. Yes payment for the item and shipping was changed to my credit card the day I placed the order. Was also promised a phone call from their customer service department to explain my delay in delivery but never received the call. Dishonest company that I would never recommend.

I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but I had an excellent experience. I ordered some detergent on a Wednesday and it was delivered by Thursday! Super fast delivery and received email notifications the entire process. The detergent I purchased was a fraction of the cost from the previous place I purchased and packaging was the same. Definitely will be ordering again from this company.

I've had a very pleasant experience with ordering from this company. The website was easy to search and order from. They had exactly what I needed when other places were out of stock. The cost was substantially less expensive that any other business that offered the same product. The product is great quality. The shipping speed was incredible and also very inexpensive. It was a win, win, win for me.

I ordered a basic 48"L x 15"W x 7.5"H heavy plastic storage container from this company for a decent price that advertised free 2-3 day shipping. Everything seemed legit. I paid with a Visa credit card and soon received a confirmation email with Autumn Beuscher as the salesperson with a P.O. number and expected delivery date two days after the sale went through. Good start!

The delivery day came and went and nothing got delivered. No problem, delays happen. Two more days went by and still nothing so I sent an email to SPS asking about it. They replied anonymously (customer service) with a tracking number saying it was delivered and signed for by a person I've never heard of. What That was the last I heard from SPS Industrial.

I did some sleuthing on my own and found out that FedEx damaged the box in transit (very typical of FedEx). Rather than deliver it to me FedEx sent it back to the originating warehouse. But SPS was completely silent and never informed me of any of this. I had to find out on my own. I attempted to contact SPS with followup emails and phone calls asking for resolution to the damaged box but they never replied. Were they going to send me a replacement? Were they going to refund my payment? How were they going to resolve this issue? All I heard were crickets.

So I ended up disputing the charge with Visa since SPS never replied to my many attempts to contact them and I never received the product which I paid for.

Bad business practices, BUYER BEWARE!

UPDATE 10/13/22
After filing a payment dispute with Visa Autumn finally came through and sent me my order. Evidently the salespeople don't communicate with the CS people and the CS people don't communicate with the customers, at least after the initial contact. That needs to be addressed to keep customers and the business open.

After receiving my order I increased my rating from 1-star to 3-stars but there is still plenty of room for improvement for this business.

Honestly surprised by some of the reviews. I ordered a hard to find product from them without checking reviews first and received my order packed well and exactly as ordered. The item was very fairly priced and had free shipping so I will order from them again!
