Similar experience with a previous reviewer. I called earlier today to see if they had an item in stock, they did. Asked for price and was told they couldn't discuss prices over the phone 🤦🏽‍♀️. Drove from Altamonte to Lake Mary to purchase said item. My kids and I walk in and we get stared down (kids are mixed ethnicity). We never got acknowledged, never asked if we needed help, etc. We finally found what we were looking for and went to pay. Total was a little under $5, I was going to use my debit card to pay. Cashier told me that I couldn't use my card as there was a $10 minimum purchase 🙃 at this point I told her that I was the one that called earlier and that she wouldn't disclose the price to me over the phone. I'm also glad that I had cash on me or it would have been a wasted trip for me!! She told me that they did accept zelle, cash app and Apple pay(?) Too much trouble for a simple purchase with no upfront disclosure. Needless to say, I would not be back...

Great customer service. I love Indian food, but I'm totally ignorant about the culture. I was invited to celebrate Diwali, and the worker at the store guided me on what to bring and even helped me with additional recommendations. Great place.

I enjoy shopping in ethnic grocery stores. There is so much to see and learn about. This store is well stocked and they carry a large assortment of products that will allow you to prepare delicious traditional Indian fare.
Even though this store was busy, the staff here are helpful and polite. All my questions were answered and I was knowledgeable about what I purchased and the best way to use it. The store is clean, there is adequate parking and easy access to the store.

Most items have no price tags so be prepared for surprises at the checkout.
Words cant describe how unfriendly and rude the lady at the register is.
Overall impolite and rude staff looking down at you with no willingness to help and shady price practices make this a one time visit for me.
